There’s no better way to close the conference than with a party! Tonight is the Connect & Celebrate Dinner, which starts with a reception in the ballroom foyer followed by a 3-course meal. Recognitions will be given during the dinner, including the Presidential Awards and the swearing-in of the APCO Executive Committee and Board of Directors. During APCO 2025, public safety telecommunicators took 9-1-1 calls in real time in the convention center, as part of a partnership between Baltimore City emergency dispatchers and agencies from Harford County and Virginia.
