  • Voting for the 2025-2026 Executive Committee closes today at 2:15 p.m. Election results will be announced at the Second General Business Session taking place at 4:15 p.m. at the Hilton Baltimore in the Holiday Ballroom.
  • View live 9-1-1 call taking from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Level 300 of the Baltimore Convention Center.
  • Don’t forget to participate in APCO’s Community Impact Program. Donate school supplies at the booth on Level 300 to help Baltimore students impacted by food insecurity, and participate in Painting for a Purpose at the Wellness Zone in the exhibit hall.

Conference Coverage

APCO 2025 attendees packed the massive Baltimore Convention Center ballroom on Monday morning for the Opening General Session where the governor of Maryland, the APCO CEO & executive director, and the APCO president welcomed the assembled membership. They were followed by Emergency Communications Center Award winners and a keynote speaker who said we can all make a positive difference in the lives of those around us and told stories about those who did.

We were thrilled to have Maryland Governor Wes Moore as a guest at our Opening General Session Monday morning. He discussed the importance of funding NG9-1-1 and reducing crime in MD to alleviate the traumatic calls that 9-1-1 telecommunicators experience daily. “You all know what it means to get the job done.”
