We are so excited to be in Baltimore for this year’s event. For those attending APCO 2025, the Show Daily (a special edition of PSC eNews) will give you a review of what’s happening each day as well as provide you with important updates and reminders. Make sure to check your inbox each morning of the conference to stay in the know!

For those of you unable to join us in Baltimore, the Show Daily will give you a taste of the conference experience, including daily coverage, announcements, interviews, photos and more.

If you are making the trip to APCO 2025 in Baltimore, here’s a checklist of things to “know before you go":

• Review the online schedule of education sessions to finalize your onsite agenda.
• Check out the floorplan and exhibitor list and make plans to visit the vendors you wish to connect with.
• Download the conference app.
• Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn for updates throughout the conference. Use #APCO2025 to share your experiences and join in on the conversation.
• Have last minute questions? Look for answers on the conference FAQ page.
• Check the weather and finish packing your bags!

APCO and Visit Baltimore have worked together with the Baltimore Police Department and other agencies over the last year to put a safety plan in place to ensure the comfort of our visitors. APCO attendees can expect an increase in safety precautions including:

• Visit Baltimore is working in tandem with Tactical Protective Services (TPS) to assist in additional presence around the APCO Conference & Expo. The security team will provide coverage on the outside perimeter of the convention center, including monitoring the attendees traversing to and from the major hotels as well as physical checks of the hotels and the Inner Harbor.
• Increased safety protocols by the downtown and waterfront partnerships around the convention center, contracted hotels and off-site event venues used by the group, including additional presence by private security contractors and public law enforcement agencies at every level.
• Parking garage monitoring in the downtown Baltimore area.
