Diana Garcia is a telecommunications engineer with over three decades working in public safety communications with the California Office of Emergency Services. For the past 10 years, Diana has been providing frequency coordination and licensing services for the State of California. Prior to that, she was involved in radio system integration, which encompassed requirements analysis, specification development, equipment procurement, infrastructure configuration, testing and installation, and subscriber radio programming.
