Video in the PSAP: Lessons and Learnings From Early Adopters
June 5, 2019 | 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. ET
Presented by Chad Labree, Global Director of Customer Success, Carbyne and Brett Trainor, Director of Marketing, Carbyne

The entry of video and other multimedia into the PSAP workflow is one of the most discussed changes being ushered in by Next Generation 9-1-1. How will it be used? How can we protect public safety telecommunicators? What needs to be considered as we think about adding video to the screens of call takers?

Carbyne has been providing smartphone-sourced video to PSAPs around the world for over 18 months as part of their leading edge NG9-1-1 call handling solutions. Working closely with early adopters of NG9-1-1 technology, they have gained a number of insights that will be relevant for anyone currently thinking about how NG9-1-1 will change their PSAP, and how they should prepare for those changes.

To learn more about best practices for, and addressing the concerns about video in the PSAP, register now.
