Julie Ray, Director of APCO Institute

Julie began her career at APCO ten years ago as the Institute Director. Her responsibility is to lead the Institute by providing oversight of all aspects of training and support product development and delivery to assist APCO’s mission of professionalizing and advancing the public safety communications industry. Julie has worked in public safety training since 1998.

She is a Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

Julie enjoys her time in the Florida sunshine fishing, swimming and trying to keep up with her five-year-old grandsons.
