Emergency communications centers (ECCs) are using a tool that makes a difference in how quickly and accurately help is sent during a crisis. APCO IntelliComm® is a technology designed to support telecommunicators with a more flexible, intuitive way to handle calls. Instead of following a rigid script, the system uses a criteria-based approach that allows telecommunicators to better assess each situation in real time. The result is faster responses and more tailored support for people in need during high-pressure moments. Demo appointments for September are being scheduled now to see it in action.
