Project RETAINS Survey

APCO and George Mason University recently sent out a postcard with information to complete a survey to update Project RETAINS. The completed surveys will report on call center characteristics, employee and job characteristics and trends, retention and turnover rates, predicting psychological distress, and define the dispatch position. There are currently two different surveys – one for PSAP directors/managers and the other for PSAP telecommunicators.

The deadline for survey completion is June 30, 2017. Please contact Katherine Rupp to obtain your access code to participate in this important research if you did not receive a postcard.
