Meet Our Adjunct Instructor: Stephen P. Martini

Stephen P. Martini has an immersive knowledge of public safety communications work, from frontline to management. In 2004, Martini started as a telecommunicator with the City of Chattanooga before assisting with consolidation efforts on the training staff with the Hamilton County Emergency Communications District. In 2013, Steve served as the first civilian director of emergency communications in Brentwood, TN, where he worked until 2016, when he was selected as the director to oversee the consolidation of two PSAPs, creating the Williamson County Unified Department of Emergency Communications. Steve has served with APCO as an adjunct instructor since September 2015.
