Alan McVickers, Sales Coordinator 
As the APCO Institute sales coordinator, Alan enjoys scheduling APCO chapters’ pre-conference courses and working with the PSAPs that co-host and contract the Institute’s training courses. Originally from North Carolina, his professional career has been in the management of sales and customer service. He believes in providing excellent customer service and is ready to assist with your public safety communications training.
