Ricky Marshall, Chief Administrative Officer
Ricky joined APCO International in July of 2004 just in time to attend the Montreal Annual Conference. He began his initial employment as a director undertaking the effort of achieving APCO’s status as an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) certified standards development organization, as well as developing the Sunshine Fund, and managing human resources (HR). He was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in 2009 with a job expansion that now includes HR, IT, facilities oversight and the APCO store.
Prior to coming to APCO, Ricky was a senior manager with Panasonic primarily involved with HR, standards and some public relations functions. He and his wife relocated to Daytona Beach from Georgia. His wife, Phyllis, and he recently celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary. They have a son and two grandchildren, who also live in the Daytona Beach area.
