Laibin ZhengFa Building New Tissue Line at Mill in China

Laibin ZhengFa Paper Ltd. (Guangxi Province, China) has begun construction of a new 100,000 metric tpy high-grade tissue paper production line. The total investment for this project is estimated at RMB 380 million ($60 millions). Raw materials will be mainly bagasse pulp with some wood pulp, the company reports.
