Hayat Kimya’s TM 1 at Kocaeli Sets Production Record

Hayat Kimya reports that its TM 1 machine at the Kocaeli plant in Turkey achieved a new annual production record in 2010, with more than 70.000 metric tons of tissue paper at the pope reel. TM 1 (reel trim = 5,500 mm and yankee operating speed = 2,000 m/min) has been in production for 353 days, meaning a machine availability of almost 97%. The TM 1 machine and production line was supplied by PMT Italia (Italy).
