Henan Luohe YinGe Paper, China, will install two new Voith Paper, Germany, tissue lines. Both machines are equiped with a two-layer MasterJet II T headbox, Crescent former, and the new Voith NipcoFlex T shoe press. The machines have a design speed of 2,000 m/min and a wire width of 5,600 mm. Each of the two machines has a production capacity of 60,000 metric tpy, and are expected to startup in 2011.

According to Voith, this technology is not only applied to B&P and graphics machines but also to tissue machines. To date, there are a total of 15 shoe press references on tissue machines worldwide, it notes.

YinGe Group owns more than 10 subsidiary enterprises with 3.6 billion CNY capital and more than 7,000 employees. Meanwhile, it is among China's top 100 growing enterprises and the China Fortune 500.
