Print Print this article | Send to Colleague

A trailer full of tissue paper at Nature's Way Tissue in De Pere, Wis., USDA, caught fire last week and had to be dragged away by bystanders to prevent serious damage to the building. The burning semi-tractor trailer was reportedly almost filled with paper, and erupted in flames during pre-dawn hours, damaging two nearby trailers and the Nature's Way loading dock. The building's sprinkler system activated, and about a dozen people evacuated the building, according to local news reports. The bystanders were workers who move trailers around the industrial park, and used their equipment to pull the burning trailer away from the building. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
