TAPPI’s Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee to Hold 2023 Fall Meeting in Neenah, WI

TAPPI’s Tissue Division will be hosting the Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee (YDSRC) 2023 Fall Meeting at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, Wisconsin on Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15.

Industry professionals have the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with their peers on the latest Yankee Dryer safe and reliable operating and maintenance practices during this two-day event. Subcommittees will meet on Tuesday, November 14 from 2pm – 4pm CT and the YDSRC Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15 from 8am – 5pm CT.

Attendance for this event is free and open to everyone, but registration is required. For those who are unable to attend, there will also be a virtual option via Zoom.

TAPPI’s YDSRC focuses on developing industry standards and standard practices for problems that cause drying system delay and compromise safety across the tissue industry. Professionals working directly with Yankee Dryers, considered one of the most dangerous and costly areas of the tissue mill, should consider joining this active group of manufacturers, owners, users and service providers. Membership in this vital committee will help you expand your knowledge of safe, reliable operating and maintenance practices.
