Liaocheng Kunsheng Fires up 25,000-mtpy Tissue Machine in Shandong, China

China’s Liaocheng Kunsheng Paper has started a new 25,000-mtpy tissue machine at its mill in Liaocheng city, Shandong province. The unit churned out its first sheet of tissue paper in late March.

Provided by domestic supplier Shandong Xinhe Paper Making Engineering, the machine features a trim width of 3.6 m and a design speed of 1,600 m/min.

The mill operates another 20,000-mtpy tissue PM, which was commissioned in 2017.

Liaocheng Kunsheng is also a paper and plastic recycling company.
