Turkey’s Lila Group Starts up New Tissue Machine at its Corlu Mill

Turkish tissue manufacturer Lila Group has started up its new tissue machine TM 3 at its mill in Corlu, 100 km west of Istanbul.

The machine, supplied by Valmet, has a production capacity of 70,000 metric tpy and brought the mill’s total production capacity to 220,000 metric tpy.

Lila Group tapped Valmet for the delivery of a new Valmet Advantage DCT 200 tissue line in July 2018.
The firm’s Corlu mill also houses TM 1 and TM 2, which have a combined capacity of 150,000 metric tpy.
