Sales Process Starts for Italian Tissue Producer Cartiera Giusta

The judicial administrator of Italy’s Cartiera Giusta has launched a sales process for the tissue company, located in Villa Basilica, in the so-called Lucca paper district. 

The value of the company is estimated to be Euro 6.2 million ($6.9 million). The deadline for offers is mid-September.

The company’s mill currently employs 24 workers and, according to Fastmarkets RISI’s asset database, has a production capacity of 20,000 metric tpy.

Interested parties can present their offer to the Andrea Dianda law firm in Lucca.
