China’s Baoding Yusen Building New TMs in Hebei and Liaoning

Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products has commissioned two new 20,000-metric tpy tissue machines at its mill in Baoding city, Hebei province, China.

Provided by domestic supplier Shanghai Qingliang Industry, each machine has a trim width of 3.5 m and a design speed of 1,300 m/min.

The company is gearing up to start another two identical tissue machines at the same plant by the end of May.

Apart from the rapid growth at its flagship mill in Hebei, Baoding Yusen is also forging ahead with the construction of a new tissue paper production site in Tai’an county, in the northeastern province of Liaoning.

Polish-American machinery supplier PMP Group has been signed up to provide the first pair of tissue machines for the new mill. The units, each having a capacity of 30,000 metric tpy, are expected to come online late this year.
