Kimberly-Clark Professional has informed customers it will increase prices up to 9 percent on paper towel, tissue, wiper, napkin, skin care, safety, scientific, consumer, and dispenser products “with certain items potentially more than 9 percent.” The increase was effective March 1, 2019. Additionally, select list prices will change, the company added.

All orders placed on or after March 1, will receive the new into-stock price.

This away-from-home product hike follows a consumer/retail increase last year in the US.

Wisconsin-based janitorial supplier NPS Corp. said it will implement an 8 percent price increase on all towel, tissue, napkin, wiper products and dispensers effective April 1. Certain products that bring a higher level of complexity to run may necessitate still higher increases, the company added.
