Proposed Mint Valley Paper Tissue Mill in Oregon Approved by Town

According to ther Itemizer-Observer, the city of Dallas (Oregon) approved Mint Valley Paper’s site design review and floodplain development permit on Friday, following a 14-day comment period. Dallas sent notice to residents near the proposed development. The facility would be used to manufacture tissue and other paper products.
