First Quality Paper Machine Project to Bring 900 contractors to Pennsylvania Mill in 2019

Lockhaven.com reports that First Quality Tissue’s construction of a third paper machine has brought 400 contractors into the area as they work to get the new machine online by January 2020. But that number will more than double next spring ... to 900 contractors. That’s according to Mike Flanagan, CEO of the Clinton County Economic Partnership.
