Mancheng Mingyue to Build 18,000-mtpy TM in Baoding, China

China’s Mancheng Mingyue Paper has placed an order for a new 18,000 tonne/yr tissue PM for its sole mill in Baoding, Hebei province. The machine will have a trim width of 3.55 m and a design speed of 1,100 m/min. Its startup is scheduled for March 2019.

Mancheng Mingyue currently operates several small tissue PMs with a combined capacity of around 52,000 mtpy, including a 14,000-mtpy Baotuo-supplied unit commissioned in April.
