China’s Hebei Jinboshi Orders Tissue Machines

China’s Hebei Jinboshi Group has placed orders for two new 30,000-mtpy tissue PMs for its sole mill.

Shandong Xinhe Paper Making Engineering has been signed up to provide the pair at the Baoding, Hebei province facility. Each unit will have a width of 3.7 m and a design speed of 1,500 m/min.

Last year the company ordered two 25,000-mtpy tissue machines from the same supplier. One is expected to come on stream in late July. The order for the second was cancelled and replaced with the new orders mentioned above.

Hebei Jinboshi has been expanding its capacity rapidly. It commissioned two identical PMP-supplied tissue PMs with a combined capacity of 54,000 mtpy last year.
