Regarding the recently ended transportation strike in Brazil, CMPC has let it be known that it had normalized the supply of the main inputs for its operations of tissue and pulp.

As a result, the production lines of the Guaíba mill, as well as the tissue products’ mills and the product distribution to customers, are returning to normal operations.

In the case of the pulp operations, the lower production as a result of the stoppage is estimated in 20 thousand tons. During this time CMPC brought forward some maintenance work.
