Suzano Starts Production of Jumbo Rolls of Sanitary Paper at Mucuri

Suzano Papel e Celulose has announced that it has started the production and sale of jumbo rolls of sanitary paper (tissue) at its mill in Mucuri, Bahia.

Tissue paper production capacity is 120,000 tons/yr with a maximum conversion capacity of 60,000 tons/yr.

The mill in Imperatriz, Maranhão, is expected to start production in the fourth quarter of 2017. The ramp-up of tissue production will be gradual.
