Zhejiang Jingxing Starts up Second Andritz Tissue Machine

Following start-up of TM 1 in January of this year, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper, China, has successfully started up its second Andritz (Graz, Austria) tissue machine with a steel yankee dryer. The new PrimeLineST C8 machine has a design speed of 1,900 m/min and a width of 2.85 meters. 

The yankee cylinder, manufactured entirely of steel, has a diameter of 18 ft. In combination with its head insulation and the steam-heated hood, the yankee  dryer enables a high drying capacity at reduced energy costs.
