In response to requests from members who want to better understand how to participate in the development and review of TAPPI Standards and Technical Information Papers (TIPs), a booth will be open at the PaperCon 2011 conference to provide information and to display what Standards and TIPs are up for review in 2011.
Stop by the booth to:
* See all the Standards and TIPs that are up for review in 2011
* Sign up for Standard-Specific Interest Groups (SSIGs) to vote on Standards, and cast your "early vote" on site if you like
* Find out about volunteering to help review TIPs
* Discuss ideas for new Standards or TIPs, and learn how to propose new projects
The booth will share space with TAPPI Membership and TAPPI PRESS and will be located in the Northern Kentucky Conference Center in the Rotunda on the second level. The Standards and TIPs Kickoff booth will be open from 2:00 to 5:00 pm on Monday, May 2, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 3.
