Listed below are TAPPI Standards that have recently gone out for ballot to the corresponding Standard-Specific Interest Group (SSIG). The date in parentheses is the closing date for voting.

T 1014 "Moisture sensitivity of fiber glass mats" (October 3, 2014)

T 259 "Species identification of nonwood plant fibers" (October 10, 2014)

T 200 "Laboratory beating of pulp (Valley beater method)" (October 17, 2014)

T 401 "Fiber analysis of paper and paperboard" (October 17, 2014)

T 829 "Score quality test" (October 20, 2014)

T 1007 "Sample location for fiber glass mat sheets" (October 23, 2014)

T 562 "CIE whiteness and tint of paper and paperboard (45/0 geometry, C/2 illuminant/observer)" (October 24, 2014)

CORRECTION:
Last month, T 840 was listed as being balloted for withdrawal. However, the wrong title was listed for T 840. T 840 is "Testing adhesives used in glued lap joints of corrugated fiberboard containers." It is in ballot for withdrawal, and the ballot is due September 26, 2014.
