New TIP on recovery boilers leaks proposed

A new TIP, "Recovery Boiler Leak Indication," has been proposed. The scope is:

"The purpose of this technical information paper is to itemize the boiler operating parameters that may provide information about a pressure part leak in the recovery boiler.  Each item will be accompanied by an explanation of how and why these parameters indicate a leak."
