The annual Scramble for Scholarships Golf Tournament was held on September 15 at Three Rivers Golf Course in Kelso, Wash. The tournament is the Local Section’s primary fundraiser for scholarships to university students with a demonstrated interest in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
