José Antonio Agüera has been appointed as the new manager of Magnon Green Energy’s industrial complex in Huelva. With a degree in Chemistry with a specialisation in Industrial Chemistry, he brings a broad and solid background in the management of industrial plants, especially in the refining, chemical and energy sectors.
Throughout his career, he has led important initiatives in the fields of production, operations, planning, programming and logistics. He has held positions of responsibility at the head of important industrial complexes, such as the San Roque and La Rábida refineries, demonstrating strong leadership and comprehensive management skills.

Agüera, who also holds a Master MBA from the Business Development Institute, stands out for his in-depth knowledge of operational excellence, especially in terms of reliability, industrial safety and team performance.
