As we go through this COVID-19 Public Health crisis together, the TAPPISAFE team is focusing on ways to offer assistance.

TAPPISAFE’s mission is to help make sure your workforce and teams go home safe at the end of each day. To help support you, TAPPISAFE worked with its partner to create a COVID-19 questionnaire using the TAPPISAFE system. You can use this questionnaire to pre-screen visitors, assess their risk levels, and track the results in the TAPPISAFE database.

The health and safety of our industry is our main concern. With that in mind, this service will be free of charge for any site utilizing the TAPPISAFE program.
