SCA to Increase Prices for Brown and White Kraftliner by EUR 60 per Metric Ton

SCA announced that it will increases the prices on brown and white kraftliner in Europe by EUR 60 per metric ton, effective from May 1, 2025.
"The market demand for kraftliner remains solid with a good balance in the supply chain," explained Mikael Frölander, Vice President Marketing and Sales at SCA Containerboard. "The continued cost pressure is evident and must be managed in order to safeguard stable supply of kraftliner."
This is the second price increase by SCA this year for kraftliner. The company implemented an EUR 60 per metric ton increase on March 1.
