Runtech Systems delivers two RunEco vacuum systems to Shanying Suzhou Paper, at its site in Suzhou, Anhui Province, China. The delivery consists of 14 EP Turbo Blowers and parts for the concrete water separators. RunEco systems will provide vacuum for the two new linerboard machines PM71 and PM72 with design speed of 1,300 m/min and reel width of 8,600 mm. The total production capacity of the corrugating medium machines is around 800,000 tons per year.

“Shanying operates Runtech Turbo Blowers in all Shanying Group mills since 2017, where experience shows Runtech delivers high energy efficiency and reliable vacuum systems. Shanying is very important customer for Runtech and we are delighted to continue the good cooperation with the group,” says Wen Le, Site Leader, Runtech Systems.

Environmentally friendly and energy efficient, RunEco provides a reliable, completely water free vacuum solution that is ideal for industrial paper machine vacuum applications. Less energy and no water contribute to lower CO2 emissions and smaller carbon footprint.

EP Turbo Blowers are modern blowers with integrated high-speed motor controlled by a frequency converter. With this technology rotation speed and vacuum level can be adjusted according to the process requirements. This makes them optimal in greenfield installations where the true vacuum need is often revealed only after papermaking line start up. Capacity adjustment allows the vacuum system to be optimized quickly without throttling and spare air losses. Impellers mounted directly on the motor shaft make the construction simple with only two bearings in the whole EP Turbo Blower. Compact construction makes the installation fast and easy.
