Driven by growing demands from consumers and regulatory bodies, the global economy has witnessed a significant increase in companies using renewable resources to develop new products and processes. But new discoveries require research and support. Professionals and students conducting research in fields related to bioenergy and bioproducts, as well as pulp and paper, have an opportunity to showcase their projects in the IBBC/PEERS 2023 Poster Session.

Graduate and undergraduate students also have a chance to win money as part of the Student Poster Competition. A cash prize of $1,000 will be given for first place and $500 for second place. Students participating in the Poster Session will automatically be entered into the competition. Students and professionals interested in participating in the Poster Session should submit their abstract directly to TAPPI’s Speaker Relations Manager Pat Stiede by August 21, 2023.
