This is an office/hybrid position. Three days in office, two days’ work from home.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Solution development for boiler modification projects.
- Customer interaction to identify project drivers in proposal efforts.
- Proposal development and project execution for small mill level projects.
- Equipment mechanical inspections.
- Erection support, commissioning and start-up of rebuilds and new installations.
Technical Services boiler outage support, as required. This position requires moderate travel primarily within North America. Some work in hot environments and/or physical activities such as lifting and/or climbing may be necessary
Qualifications & Education:
- B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Minimum two years experience with recovery and/or power boilers or minimum five years experience in the pulp mill chemical recovery area.
- Field experience is a plus.
- Experience in mechanical design utilizing AutoCad.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook
