When is a Stroll Not a Stroll?

In less than two weeks, TAPPI’s newest conference will kick-off with expert-led technical presentations, leadership panels, and targeted roundtables. TAPPICon LIVE!, October 3-6, 2021 in Atlanta, Ga., also features multiple opportunities for paper, packaging and tissue professionals to safely reconnect with each other and have some fun at the same time. TAPPICon’s Peachtree Street Stroll offers the perfect setting for attendees to meet friends and new business contacts in a safe and relaxed setting. And no one has to walk far!

TAPPICon’s Tuesday night social may be called a stroll but it is anything but. It is more of a gastro experience under one roof. Located in the expo hall, the Peachtree Street Stroll features food, games and music located at various stations throughout the floor. Each station is themed after an iconic Atlanta neighborhood: Old Fourth Ward, the Beltline, Centennial Olympic Park, Midtown, and the Battery. Attendees will enjoy a wine bar, beer tasting, BBQ, southern cuisine, corn dogs, lawn games, a virtual reality game, baseball speed pitch, and more. There’s even a photo booth for everyone to capture a fun memory of the night.

Even though attendees only have to walk as far as the expo hall for this exciting event, they still must add it to their TAPPICon registration. Click here for more info.

Safety

The health and safety of attendees, exhibitors and staff are TAPPI’s primary consideration. TAPPICon organizers are following the safety guidelines and protocols of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the State of Georgia, Cobb County, and the Cobb Galleria Centre.
