Forest Products Association of Canada (FPAC) is pleased to announce the winners of its annual Green Dream Internship Program. Winners will blog about their work experiences in Canada’s forests and mills over the course of the summer.

The national Green Dream Internship Program was launched in 2013 to provide students working in the forest products sector with an opportunity to share perspectives and learnings from their summer work experience.

“Despite the many challenges presented by COVID-19, we have been very pleased to see strong interest in proceeding with summer internships from Canadian forest companies and students alike,” said FPAC President and CEO Derek Nighbor.

“The Green Dream Internship Program not only provides development opportunities for young Canadians, but it also gives them a first-hand look at our commitment to sustainable forest management, advancing Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples and communities, and the growing demand for our sector’s green products.”
