2021 Women’s Summit Focuses on Innovation

The TAPPI Women in Industry (WIN) Division is proud to announce the 4th Annual Women’s Summit, June 30, 2021. The Summit was developed to provide a forum for women and men in the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue and converting industries to discuss topics prevalent and integral to women in today's workforce. Open to everyone – TAPPI members and non-members alike - the free event will take place in a virtual setting and registration is required.
Heather Wishart-Smith, SVP of Technology and Innovation at Jacobs, and Forbes contributor, will be the keynote speaker. Her interactive presentation, Choose Your Innovation, offers a unique opportunity to delve into a variety of crowd-chosen topics from her Forbes column. During her presentation, attendees have a chance to play Innovation Bingo and win prizes.
The Summit also features moderated breakout rooms with activities centered around innovation. Participants can engage in in-depth discussions with their peers and leave with key take-aways on how innovation can help drive their future success.
The Women’s Summit was held virtually for the first time in June 2020. This well attended event focused on helping women empower themselves and persevere through challenging times. Registrants received an eBook containing details from the Summit including keynote highlights, breakout discussions and other valuable information.
