TAPPI’s well regarded Kraft Recovery Operations Course is being offered in virtual format for the first time, giving participants the opportunity to learn with the convenience of a flexible, self-paced curriculum, yet still with the interactive guidance of industry experts in kraft recovery.

Learn the Chemistry, Physics and Engineering Principals in Kraft Recovery

Course participants will be presented with a comprehensive review of key recovery operations in kraft pulp mills that help improve pulp production efficiency, minimize operating costs and reduce environmental impact.

You will learn the chemistry, physics and engineering principles related to kraft recovery directly from leading experts from around the world.

2021 Kraft Recovery Operations Virtual Course
Begins June 16, 2021. 
Ends July 20 after five weeks of interactive discussion and curriculum.

The Kraft Recovery faculty of internationally recognized experts will provide practical day-to-day information in traditional workshop and team-based training exercises. Course topics include:

  • Recausticizing and Lime Kilns
  • Black Liquor Evaporation
  • Recovery Boilers
  • Recovery Maintenance & Management
  • Panel Discussion focusing on New Ideas for Energy Reduction
