Sustana Announces New Leadership Role, Director and Sustainability Ambassador

Sustana, a manufacturer of premium, sustainable recycled fiber and paper products, announces the appointment of Emily Olson to Director and Sustainability Ambassador. In this new role, Emily will be an ambassador for driving Sustana’s sustainable products, strategy, and circular economy initiatives across Sustana Fiber and Rolland, advancing the group’s leadership in providing sustainable recycled products to the paper industry.

This leadership position reflects Sustana’s continued commitment to drive sustainability within the paper and packaging sector. Emily’s strategic vision, using systemic-based strategies and the capability to provide solutions for corporate sustainability goals, regenerative initiatives, and circular economy, will bring together Sustana’s key offerings of sustainable recycled closed-loop solutions for consumers and brands.

Emily will lead the company's sustainability strategy for Rolland papers in Quebec, Canada, as well as Sustana Fiber recycled fiber operations in Levis, Quebec and De Pere, Wisconsin. Sustana has full control over the fiber production, recycled papermaking, and converting processes and Emily’s role will build upon Sustana’s
Sustainability Strategy and be an ambassador for recycled printing and writing papers and food service packaging.

ReGenFriends™ uses data-driven insights to bring Fortune-500 companies together with emerging brands for the purpose of implementing customer-centric, regenerative business practices.

Emily is featured in publications globally and a regular speaker at international conferences on the topic of regenerative, sustainable enterprise. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California and a bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College.
