TAPPISAFE to Attend PaperCon 2016

TAPPISAFE personnel will be attending this year’s PaperCon Conference with information on our GateCheck application as well as facts sheets and case study information.
TAPPISAFE is an integrated, comprehensive safety orientation program developed specifically for the industry’s workforce. Developing and administering safety orientations for contractors, suppliers, and other mill visitors can be time intensive and the pulp, paper and packaging industry has long sought a better solution for its contractor safety orientations. More than 30 representatives from the industry collaborated to create a single, standardized training course to save time and resources.
The TAPPISAFE program includes:

- Truck Driver Orientation
- Site-Specific Orientation
- GateCheck Application
- OSHA Awareness-Level Training.
TAPPISAFE also provides administrators with a verification tool to help mills effectively track and manage onsite entry requirements.
