Louisiana Corrugated’s box plant in Monroe, La., USA, caught fire this past week. According to a report by The News Star, a motor that "compresses paper particles" at the plant overheated and caught some of the "particles" on fire Wednesday.

The fire was contained in a tower, according to the report, and the roof of one building showed scorch marks. However, the roof appeared intact and firefighters continued to watch for flare-ups through the afternoon, but no further fire danger occurred.

All employees were safely evacuated.
