The merger of Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS), New York, N.Y., USA, and Chesapeake, London, U.K., has now been formally completed. The merger unites two leaders in the print and packaging industry with complementary products, locations, and manufacturing capabilities.

The newly formed company creates an extensive global network strategically positioned to service the healthcare, consumer, personal care, confectionery, premium drinks, and multi-media markets with more than 50 manufacturing locations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
