Paperworks to Increase URB Prices

PaperWorks Industries (PWI), Philadelphia, Pa., USA, has announced a $50/ton price increase on all of its uncoated recycled paperboard for North American customers, effective June 6. This increase includes all MasterWorks uncoated recycled grades.

PWI notes that it will minimize this increase with ongoing cost savings initiatives, as well as provide leading quality, excellent availability, and service for all of its paperboard products. Customers are encouraged to contact their customer service representative, account manager, or Mark P. Roy, SVP of Sales and Marketing, with any questions regarding this increase.

Founded in 2008, PaperWorks Industries is a North American, integrated, full-service packaging provider. The company's Packaging Group produces specialized folding cartons, serving clients of all sizes across North America from a dozen facilities. Its Paperboard Group manufactures some 300,000 tpy of 100% recycled paperboard for a variety of end uses, and further specializes in the cutting and distribution of all paper types according to specific customer needs.
