Export OCC (old corrugated containers) to China rose ˜$5/ton this week, Wilde reports, mostly due to stronger Chinese demand following end of Chinese New Year celebrations. In February, domestic OCC prices fell for the second month in a row, down $8/ton to $156/ton. "Opinion is mixed about OCC pricing over the next few months," Wilde says.
