Shanying Suzhou Paper has successfully started paper production on its new PM 71 in Suzhou, west of Shanghai. Together with the sister machine PM 72, which recently went into operation, this double start-up marks another milestone in the partnership between Shanying and Voith.
Sofidel America will invest in a state-of-the-art Valmet tissue line to meet the growing demand of ultra-premium tissue products in the North American market. The new Advantage ThruAir tissue line will enable Sofidel America to significantly expand its production capacity of ultra-premium products for North American consumers.
HZ Green Pulp has begun full-scale commercial production of Dry Molded Fiber coffee lids in Malaysia, becoming the first PulPac licensee in Asia to supply the market with this fiber-based alternative to plastic.
