For more than eight decades, the Paper & Packaging Safety Association (PPSA) has been dedicated to preventing workplace accidents and fostering a culture of safety—both on and off the job. That mission continues in 2026 as PPSA welcomes safety professionals from across North America to the 82nd Annual Safety & Health Conference, June 7–10 in Tampa, Florida.

Centered around the 2026 theme, “Paper & Packaging Well-Being: Protecting People Behind the Product,” this year’s conference reinforces a simple but powerful truth: the strength of the paper and packaging industry begins with the well-being of the people who power it. From the mill floor to leadership offices, PPSA’s Annual Conference delivers practical knowledge, meaningful connections, and forward-thinking solutions that help organizations build safer, stronger workplaces.

A Technical Program Built for Real-World Impact
Attendees can expect a robust two-and-a-half-day technical program packed with education, proven strategies, and critical safety updates. Sessions are designed to address current challenges, emerging risks, and best practices across paper, packaging, and converting operations—equipping participants with insights they can apply immediately.

Connect with the Safety Community
One of the hallmarks of the PPSA Conference is its unmatched networking environment. Safety professionals come together to talk shop, share experiences, exchange solutions, and learn from peers who understand the realities of today’s workplaces. These face-to-face conversations foster collaboration, inspiration, and long-lasting professional connections.

Experience Innovation Firsthand
The New Technology Showcase returns with quick, live demonstrations and rapid-fire presentations highlighting the latest safety technologies, tools, and solutions on the market. Attendees gain a fast-paced look at innovations shaping the future of workplace safety.

Complementing the showcase, the Vendor Exposition offers an opportunity to reconnect with trusted partners or discover new ones. Featuring leading suppliers and consultants, the expo highlights what’s new—and what’s next—in safety products and services for the paper and packaging industry.

Exhibit and Engage
Companies interested in showcasing their solutions to a highly engaged audience of safety decision-makers are encouraged to participate as exhibitors. To learn more about exhibitor opportunities, contact Shane Holt at 352-333-3345 or sholt@naylor.com.
